They don’t tell you in school
how experience can teach you to heal
in all the wrong ways.
I sabotage myself so well,
bolt myself in
before others can open the doors.
My words are clumsy and awkward.
People regard me like a car accident;
they can’t look away
from something so tragic.
Sometimes I forget how to be human.
I hope on those days,
you’d be willing to wait for me
Three o’clock in the morning. The soft April night is looking at my windows and caressingly winking at me with its stars. I can’t sleep, I am so happy.
— Anton Chekhov, About Love and Other Stories
Tiny text at top reads: “Is this contentment, or am I just numb?”
This is from my new favorite book of poetry Love and Misadventure by Lang Leav. It just jumped off the page because it reminds me so much of him. Oh well. I have someone now. Your loss.
Yes it is his loss! Thanks lovely xo Lang

Can I just reblog this again because this is beautiful.
This just made my life. :’)
I don´t know if someone has already mentioned this, but I was watching Frozen when I noticed something. When the wind opens the window, the White Queen (which symbolizes the Queen Elsa) falls from the chess board. Clever detail Disney.
